Welcome to Mermaid Pointe! Our community has been a cherished home for families since 2004. Nestled along the beautiful Holly Ridge waterfront, we take pride in maintaining a safe, vibrant, and welcoming neighborhood for all residents.

2026 Annual Meeting Date Announced

The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Saturday, November 14th at the Clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Pool Renovation Complete

The community pool renovation is now complete, featuring new tile work, updated lighting, and an expanded deck area.

New Landscaping Contract Awarded

Feb 10, 2026

The board has selected Coastal Green Landscaping for our 2026 grounds maintenance contract, which includes enhanced seasonal plantings.
